Nestled in the heart of Quebec’s stunning boreal forest, the Mashk cabin, part of Repère Boréal’s ecotourist retreat, offers a unique winter getaway for couples and families. This two-storey cabin, complete with a rooftop terrace, provides a warm and luxurious hideaway where guests can fully immerse themselves in the natural beauty of Charlevoix.

Named after the Innu word for bear, Mashk is designed to evoke the feeling of a cozy lair. A fifteen-foot windowed facade allows visitors to enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding forest from the comfort of the cabin.

The cabin’s ground floor is a spacious and welcoming area, featuring a modern, well-equipped kitchen, a small dining space with a drop-leaf table, and a comfortable lounge with a plush sofa. Upstairs on the mezzanine level, a queen-sized bed offers a cozy spot to relax while taking in the treetop views through the expansive windows.

Outside, guests can unwind by the outdoor fireplace or ascend a set of stairs to the rooftop terrace, the perfect spot to sip a hot drink and admire the night sky.

With its warm, inviting atmosphere and breathtaking location, Repère Boréal’s Mashk cabin provides an intimate and memorable retreat in the heart of Quebec’s boreal forest.
