The timber-clad, two-story structure is accessed via a private self-drive tender or seaplane, leading guests to a spacious outdoor terrace equipped with a barbecue area, a ten-seat dining set, and a lounge space perfect for entertaining or relaxing while enjoying stunning views.
The villa’s timber decking elegantly bridges the exterior and interior spaces, merging the modern tiny villa aesthetic with the classic designs of family retreats in the area. Although it can be relocated, Anderson designed LilyPad to be anchored, providing visitors the unique experience of being on the water while enjoying stability.
One of the villa’s most striking features is the 3.2-meter (10.5-foot) high bi-folding glass doors. These doors open wide to showcase the breathtaking views of the shoreline, creating a picturesque frame around the landscape.
